Privacy Policy

Loan Sweet Loan is a business-funding lead-generation and referral platform. We collect the contact information, business details, and optional documents you submit through the application. We use this information to respond to your request and may share it with appropriate funding providers, brokers, and service partners so they can evaluate your request and contact you about business-financing options.

When you arrive through a tagged link, we may also record standard campaign parameters, the landing page, and the referring page. We use this information to understand which outreach brings useful inquiries. This first-touch attribution is stored for the current browser session and submitted only when you send the application; it does not add an advertising tracker or fingerprint your device.

We also use first-party visitor analytics to count page views and anonymous browser sessions. We record public page paths, the referring website hostname, a broad device category, timestamps, and a random session identifier stored in session storage. Sessions renew after 30 minutes of inactivity. We also record application interaction events such as starting the form, opening optional details, selecting an upload, validation problems, submission attempts, and displayed submission outcomes. These events use a separate random form identifier held in memory until the form is reloaded or reset. We store only the page path, event category, a predefined error category and timestamp, not typed answers, filenames, document contents, or IP addresses. These events are retained for 90 days, with cleanup as new form events arrive; privacy signals disable this tracking too. Basic analytics does not record application fields, document contents, full referring URLs, or IP addresses in our analytics database. If you allow detailed analytics using the Visitor privacy settings below, we additionally store a random browser identifier for repeat-visit recognition, your IP address and approximate IP-derived location where our host supplies them, and your browser and operating-system family. The identifier is stored on your device and expires after 30 days. This is not an identity lookup: we do not use advertising pixels, canvas/audio fingerprints, contact enrichment, or cross-site tracking. Detailed records are visible only in our private owner report and are retained for 30 days, with expired details removed when new events arrive. You can select Use basic only at any time to stop future detailed tracking and clear your browser identifier; this does not automatically erase previous records. Contact us to request deletion. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this tracking. Event records are retained for up to 90 days, with expired records removed when new events arrive. Our hosting provider may separately process technical request logs to operate and secure the site.

If you request the funding checklist, we store your email, request date, originating page, delivery status, and any separate choice to receive funding follow-up. We send the checklist using our email provider. This request alone is not a funding application, enrollment in marketing, or permission to share your email with funding partners. Funding follow-up requires the separate optional checkbox. You may withdraw that permission by replying to our email or contacting us. We retain checklist requests for one year, with expired records removed as new requests are processed. For abuse prevention, we use a daily hash derived from the request IP and remove it after one day as new requests are processed. Email copies retained by the mail provider are separate.

Residential fix-and-flip inquiries also collect the property location and type, investment purpose, financing purpose, optional purchase price, renovation budget, estimated after-repair value, requested amount, timeline and experience you provide. We record and email this inquiry to our team and may share it with our residential funding partner(s) to evaluate the project and contact you. The initial inquiry does not run a credit check. Do not include SSNs, bank logins or account numbers in notes.

Applications are recorded in our database and emailed to the configured business mailbox. Uploaded documents are stored privately and become eligible for deletion from temporary site storage after seven days. Copies delivered by email are separate from that temporary storage.
