Repair bill
Separate the written repair quote, towing, diagnosis and any supplier deposit. Ask what could change the estimate.
PRACTICAL TRUCKING BUSINESS GUIDES
A repair quote tells only part of the story. A truck off the road can change when cash arrives while insurance, equipment payments and other bills continue. Use this worksheet to explain the actual gap before exploring funding.

Separate the written repair quote, towing, diagnosis and any supplier deposit. Ask what could change the estimate.
List fixed cash payments that still fall due. Include payroll commitments where applicable and avoid including fuel for miles you will not drive.
Identify unpaid work and realistic collection dates. A completed load is not available cash until the payment clears.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Yes. Loan Sweet Loan requires email, mobile and current revenue status on the initial inquiry. Monthly revenue, requested amount and bank statements are optional.
No. We are a lead-generation and referral platform. Independent providers determine eligibility, timing and terms; submitting an inquiry does not guarantee an offer.
Describe the repair, estimated downtime, the cash gap and the expected source of receipts. Clearly mark uncertain figures as estimates.
MAKE YOUR REQUEST CLEARER
Illustrative figures, not a customer result: a $9,000 repair plus $2,500 of other bills due during downtime totals $11,500. With $4,000 available cash and $3,000 of reliable receipts before the bills are due, the projected gap is $4,500. Add a separately stated reserve if you choose one; do not inflate the repair quote.
Lost gross revenue and cash expenses are different. If you estimate the economic cost of downtime, subtract expenses avoided while the truck is parked. Keep that estimate separate from cash payments due, so the same problem is not counted twice.
List when the truck may return to work, when the next customer payment may clear, and when funding collections would begin. Model a later restart. A daily or weekly collection can fall due before the first post-repair receipt arrives.
Ask the shop about available payment arrangements and review any relevant warranty or insurance coverage without assuming a claim is payable. For a funding offer, compare net proceeds, total repayment, withheld fees, frequency and the written treatment of lower revenue. An MCA may involve frequent collections; it is not automatically the right option for a one-time repair.
